My husband and I have quite the Whovian collection from games, clothes, accessories, dvds and books. We added this one to our library. We were both disappointed in it. It is a lot of script lines mixed in with some single speaker quotes. I like how you know who said it and what episode it is from, but some of what is in the book seems really simple and not much in the way of quotable wise words. The art work in the book is not overly impressive either. We have both read the book and it will stay in our collection, on the shelf. Some books are worth reading and rereading and others get read then kept to complete a collection and will simply sit. This is one of the later

I love anything Dr. Who, but this book is misleading. It is bits and pieces from the scripts, it really doesn't have any order. No, I wouldn't have brought it if I had seen it in person. Van1977

I gave this book to my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. He'll ask me to say a page number then reads the "wise words" to me. Sometimes I wish I had picked another page number. It is a nice book for Dr. Who fans and I would buy it again.

I won't lie, there were several brilliant and hilarious quotes this book missed, which was a bit of a let-down.Overall however, I was greatly pleased that this wasn't a department store-style, knick knack with more pictures than actual words (not that I expected it to be, after all this is Doctor Who we're talking about). This book included the vast majority of the best quotes of the show, whether they be tear-jerking, witty, or grade A hilarious. Worth every penny I paid and more.

This was just a fun book read. Awesome if you are a Doctor Who fan. The best thing about this book is that you can read the whole thing, put it away, and later pick it up and use it for a fun reference. Very cool.

It's a nice book - but I was a little disappointed in it - I expected the quotes to be arranged by doctor - not by episode.

This is a great reference for any fan of the show so they can look back on some of the interesting lines of the show. Its broken down in life situations love, friendship, things like that just as examples. Its just an interesting book.

I purchased this wonderful hardcover book for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. Doctor Who is one of "our shows," so naturally I knew he would enjoy this book. Now I find myself flipping through its pages and updating my Facebook status with my favorite quotes. A must-have for the Doctor Who lover in your life!
